–Simply Lemon Cado Ice Cream–

Blueberry Simple Syrup yields a little more than a cup.


1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup cane sugar
1 cup water
2 scoops Lemon Cado Ice Cream
Sparkling Water
In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat add blueberries, sugar, and water. Stir to combine. Once boiling, reduce to a simmer for about 15 minutes. Break up blueberries with the back of the spoon. The syrup will begin to thicken. Strain into a mason jar pressing the blueberries with the back of a spoon to extract all of the flavors and discard any solids. Use right away or let cool completely and store up to 3 months in the refrigerator. Add 2-4 tablespoons blueberry simple syrup in a glass then 2 scoops of Lemon Cado Ice. Top off with sparkling water.
